Happens to us all eventually , that old saying ..the mind is willing but the body is unable seems about right on this one . He was a mouth watering prospect and I really looking forwards to seeing him bend a few before he ran out at Belle Vue , but what we got was a shadow of the player he once was .Smashing bloke ,but certainly didn’t bring those performances we were all hoping for ,and especially taking a quota spot at that

If it was him, personally, from someone, who is, let's be honest, one of our senior players, I think he was in the wrong.

I get that players in a team sport, tend to have a strong bond, but I think he'd have been better advised, having a quiet confidential word with Applegarth, or those up above, rather than posting on social media.
