If you don't know what is in the details of So1873, how do you know they want £200k and remain trustees.
Also, trustees don't make money as far as I know so not sure why that's a problem either.

I see it another way, there would not be the ground in the possession of the club without the council loaning £3.1M which in reality is the money belonging to me and every other tax payer in WMDC.
There would not be the money for Minards to build a stand without WMDC ensuring 106 Payments were made available to do so. Again money indirectly out of the pockets of WMDC tax payers.
(By the way if WMDC had done their job right in the first place we would have had far more than a stand and a slight refurbishment.)
So Technically it all belongs to the club thanks to us Tax payers. Morally I don't think it should benefit Carter and Minards in anyway whatsoever.

Rubbish it was non negotiable if WMDC had done their job from the outset. He just happened to be around in the right place at the right time. I have used this phrase before, " He managed to salvage a few crumbs that was left behind by the rats" WE have something but been drastically short changed big Style.
