I don't agree about the wings.
Taufua is not the best metre gainer. Kershaw is
Lineham has improved but was playing weaker opposition.
Murphy and Kershaw for me.....but I wouldn't be offended with any combination.

For me Lineham has been one of our top performers in the pre season friendly's, coaching staff say he his training the house down and it`s 100% showing. I would go Lineham and Murphy for game 1 but I wouldn`t be surprised or upset to see us start with Lineham and Tafua. Kershaw yesterday looked strong and always gives 100%, for me he looks a little immobile but that`s always been his style and it`s never seemed to get in his way before, he will get his chances throughout the year I`m sure.
For me Langi is a really tough one as well, I almost feel he is too good to leave out of the team and based on the time he was on the field yesterday I thought he was really strong in the carry, probably our best player, but put him in the centre and you have to leave Hall out which again is a big call.'"
I would leave Lyne out. Hall is for me presently playing better than Lyne last season and this pre season. |

If he isn't performing to his best, why should his previous record get him a place.
We may as well get the legends out of Fox's Bar. Challenge Cups, Championship, record breaking appearances and points in there if your record is the only measure of current form.
Like I said. I'm OK with him playing,but best two on form should play, not in record. |

Why should his record get him a game , seriously. He’s had a game n a half for us and your saying his form isn’t up to scratch , boy that takes the biscuit . So we fly a top quality winger half way around the world , he gets his arm broken in the second game, and you’ve seen enough to say he’s not up to scratch . Well pray tell me how will he get up to scratch if he doesn’t get game time , apart from a friendly , or do we just cash him in and send him home . |

I've seen enough to know that his current form isn't as good as our other options.
I didn't say he wasn't a good player. Possibly the best we have based on his record.
If we have friendlies to see how players are progressing, why wouldn't you pick based on form. |
