| We have played tolouse three times and they have won 2 to 1.
Here we are again praying for someone to be worse than us and quite honestly its becomming tedious.
Dont be fooled in thinking all our troubles will be over with a new stand, they wont be. Because without a decent team crowds will drop. A winning team on the pitch is 90 % of the reasons crowds increase.
We have been lucky in that having been SL for a long time have always had the edge over the promoted team but eventually we will get caught out and this season is looking like our luck could finally run out.
The bottom line is that our bod may be good and work hard but they dont have the resources of the rest of SL . Top flight rugby is a rich mans game and you need to be in that financial league to compete.
Will the game miss us if we get relegated, well not on my opinion. I can think of four championship clubs given a crack at SL for a couple of seasons that would be more resourced than us.

Really difficult, and that's why this sits so uncomfortably. I can genuinely see us beating Hull FC at their place, and HKR at Belle Vue. I can also genuinely see Toulouse not winning any of their fixtures....
Unfortunately, I can also see Wakey not winning any more (that's not a dig, but a reflection that they are ALL tough fixtures remaining) and I can also see Toulouse beating Salford and Hull FC in France, as Avenger has predicted......
Two totally different outcomes, both completely feasible, but perhaps the crystal ball will be a little clearer in three weeks time, when Toulouse have had their three home games on the bounce.....
I'm going to go the middle way, cross my fingers and say:
11th Wakefield 12pts
12th Toulouse 10pts

| I think both teams will pick up a couple of wins each and we'll stay up by the skin of our teeth again. Likely just delaying the inevitable for one more year though.

| Quote Wildcatnomore="Wildcatnomore"Toulouse who had about 6 weeks to put a side together after winning promotion?! Who then signed an under-rated full-back, and a State of Origin stand-off who have completely transformed them?! We sign an unfit, out of condition prop. You need to give them a bit more credit i think, even though that's detracting from our own woefulness for whatever reason this season.'"
Oh don't worry. I think they've done an outstanding job and if it was anyone else but us I'd want them to stay up.
They are no mugs but I don't think it's a foregone conclusion they will win all their home games.
If they do then they probably deserve to day up.

| This weekend will give us a good idea on our chance because Hull KR is a game we could win and Toulouse against a resurgent Leeds they could lose. If we lose and they win with home advantage I think our survival chances are virtually nil.
The team have had several chances to put this situation to bed with two games against Toulouse and one against a weakened Huddersfield team unfortunately we lost all of them.

The club are about to become better resourced with the new developments. The whole club and players need to be fighting hard to ensure the clubs survival so it can go on to thrive in the coming years. Honestly I can’t imagine one of those players wants relegation tag round their necks.
There are 18 points left on offer and we need to go out there to try and get them all.
The most important thing though to sort is the defence and discipline. We can not keep collapsing in games for 20 minutes and more even when facing adversity.

| The clubs had plenty of time to ensure they are not in this position. Trinity have made some bloody awful signing resulting in wasting money, they allowed Chester to make signings, then dismissed him.
Cheap ends up costing you Mr Carter and tbh you have let yourself, players coachesthe club and supporters down.
I think the days of depending on the 100% loyalty of the fans have finished, holding your hand out at season ticket time will be a little difficult.
Please adapt and change,

| Perhaps a new coach together with the usual "new coach syndrome" might just give us the three or four wins that would more or less guarantee safety.

| I regret that after Saturday the game against Hull KR is very much our million pound game because we could by the end of this week be bottom with the negativity that brings. We must win and hope Leeds continue their resurgence. We have the harder run in and little benefit with home advantage despite the current weather conditions.
It is currently ours to lose so cut out the performance matters, it’s the result nothing else. I would ask the club to do whatever it takes because the alternative you will find unpalatable. The supporters do not want to return to the starting line and I am sure those running the club don’t want to be remembered for being the ones who oversaw our relegation and what that could mean for our future.
We will if I am honest become the third team in Wakefield with the progress Featherstone have made especially if we go part time which was suggested before the Bradford game and let’s face it our none Sky revenue streams are questionable and no Vastman I don’t support them either.

| In the past I've made the comment must win games due to the amount of of posters doing the same but recently it was with genuine concern, having replies of there's plenty of games to find the points is now looking fairly worrying, it's now getting to the point where are two thirds way through the season, now we have no choice in accepting where we have to win these games,
Sunday must restore the 4 point gap needed to keep everyone happy that's hoping Leeds win too
Rather than look at all fixtures let's take each one at a time
