As i understand it the repayment start date was set to a future date (i forget how long, 3 or 4 years or something like that) will the aim of the ground being refurbished in that time and all the extra income that will bring to help fund the payments. That last bit, as you have possibly heard, is looking a little shakey right now so fingers crossed there.

It's all about ability to service.
However, to register a profit in the year to November 2020, would still be a great effort, especially for any pro sports club.
There wont be too many other SL clubs posting any profit and it would certainly be interesting if there was a list for the 12 SL clubs.
Also, we are probably 12 months on from the last set of accounts and it certainly wont have been easy this year, with no crowds until relatively recently.

Know that in theory the 192,000 pounds is just on paper but better than been 250,000 pounds in det As some one as posted would be nice to know the det of the so called bigger clubs think it could be going on for million +

This is profit based on yearly income, so basically we have made money over a twelve month period and this our cash flow must have been ok.

The debt that really counts I’d historic debt and our ability to service that. I have no idea what this is but it’s at least three million or whatever the ground cost.

To me that profit indicates an ability to service that debt.

Marvellous to have made a profit when you consider that Leeds Whinos were recently reported to have made a loss of over a million in each of their last two years.
