We were actually quite lucky, the electrical power boxes were well installed the first time and are still serviceable and are being kept, saved us a fair bit of cash.

There's the Benidorm Flats which generate us a fair bit of income, and the North Stand made such a huge difference to the match day atmosphere.

But yeah, not much else, pretty poor really but sounds like we are on the right track these days.

But you are right that it was originally a short term solution that became more beneficial as time went on.
It's not bad in there. I wouldn't rush to replace compared to the rest but it will be nice to have that level of hospitality within a good quality stand.

I agree - perhaps offer cheaper hospitality in the flats and hopefully when the other stand is built, be able to charge more of a premium.
