He is 23 years old, has 90 super league games under his belt, not to mention representing his country he has been also `highly thought of` since he come through at Hudds as kid and every team in the league was after him.

He is not as far down the pecking order as you make out at Wire either, he has played plenty of games this season to prove that, Moran has bags of money to throw about and is trying to build a championship winning team which for us in not realistic in the present time.

Before writing a signing off I always think about how I felt when we signed Kirmond, a player that could not get anywhere near a Hudds side and then how I felt when we signed Anthony Tupou and just look at how they turned out.

Not just Kirmond - Lynne & Miller, were both in the same boat - and others who have moved on like Amor, Atkins and probably a few more. I'd rather pick players on the way up like them than ones on the way down - and we've seen too many of them!

tbf he's probably played more at an early age than he should have done while we were going through our rough couple of years.

This 'signing' has been mentioned all over the place in the media on several occasions. Even now nnounced on sky. Wonder why the club are keeping quiet ?

Maybe the club thought it might be better to allow Warrington to finish their season before announcing it?

His registration is still with his present club, they set the agenda on announcement, bad form for the new club to comment. Warrington may wish to announce an incoming player before announcing a leaver, to offset it.

Also better for us to keep a steady trickle of announcments throughout the offseason to keep fans interested and keep up a precence in the media.

I hope he goes well for you. England looked a better player in a Trinity shirt than he did in a Warrington one, and I hope King does too. He hasn't set the world alight, but he hasn't let us (or himself) down and will be a handy squad member.
