Barba ?....I'm not too fussed, on one hand he's good in the line but on the other does not contribute to the tackle count, maybe he doesn't have to at the moment, but its got to count for something sooner or later.

Roby is an enigma, right up there with the greats in the SL era but Barba gives Saints a bit of X factor and although he may not make too many tackles, this stat is irrelevant to a side that is averaging 11.4 points against per game this season.
Both him and Percival are keeping the scoreboard moving with 10 tries each so far this season.

I've got Saints tipped for the LLS this season and this will be our sternest test of the season so far.

I have been really impressed with Barba this season, I didn't think eh would actually do much at all in the league but literally looks leagues above the opposition when he plays.

It's funny because Saints fans have slated the state of the league for the past four or five years, yet cream themselves when a player from a superior competition looks good in it?

If a player from a superior competition comes, plays well and therefore makes us better then obviously we’re going to get excited, what a bizarre post. Hint of jealousy there?

And? Still don’t get what your strange dig at saints fans was all about, fans of every team would get excited if they had Barba so it’s an odd thing to criticise. Especially Wakefield fans as well, considering some of the garbage they’ve had to watch over the years.

I see Wilzays point actually, the same Saints fan i talk to on the regular has complained about how SL is now "Sub standard" and nowhere near the quality it was back in the day when Saints and Leeds where the invincibles - Yet he refers to Ben Barba "World class" based on his performances in SL for Saints?
