Maybe going for an Ackroyd/Jowitt halfback partnership, or maybe Wood slots into SH, Ackroyd SO and Randall plays Hooker. Then try and see which out of that lot works the best, and who plays well in case of injury to Finn/ Miller. Only the first trial game, so plenty of time still.

i presume they're going to play Hooley at FB at least for the first half then maybe Jowitt slips back there.

There is nothing wrong with pretending to be the coach on here, it's part of the fun. I love giving my own opinion with great gusto but it always imho. I enjoy those who post like that. Belly is the best even if he does love to play to the gallery. Or eastern who'd have a squad of a hundred given the chance.

It's only annoying when you get those posters who love to make out that they are or were something in the game. They never back it up by saying who they are but they believe they are entitled to spout their beliefs unchallenged. Some even have a little fan club slavishly backing up their sometimes ludicrous conjecture.

I don't enjoy them otherwise it's a free forum so knock yourselves out.

So with ten days till the friendly the game is still being advertised as being played at BV. Has an agreement been made or are we just winging it? Don't wanna turn up on Boxing Day to locked gates.
