A massive loss if true considering a lot of the young players signed were down to the way Richard dealt with the lads and their parents

Was thinking that myself - second time at the club, third if you count him as a player.

I don't know him but some people can be very good at what they do but just can't handle the dream job when they get.

I'm sure there will be loads of finger pointing but maybe he's just to much the fan to be able to treat it like a normal job - that's my guess and it's just a guess.
