That is what the majority of us think, sadly I fear our coach will see it a different way.

Quote: Tigerade "You'll beat Bradford next week. No doubt about it. Wakey are faster and have more structure than the Bulls. WTW are much better defensivly IMO.

Bulls 12 - WTW 26'"

If someone offered your score prediction as the result right now, I'd snap their hand off.
Both clubs know what is at stake which probably means that we are in for a vey nervy afternoon (both teams) and the result can go either way.
IF Wakefield play well, they should win but, its a very big IF.
Neither side is on form, so it should be an entertaining afternoon.
Btw, our defence has been poor all season and it certainly wont b a low scoring game.

I think our score will be low.

I'm not sure, we are conceding 30 points a game and the Bulls are conceding 40, so it wont be 0-0,
even though neither team is prolific wit ball in hand.
We scored plenty against the worst defence in the comp so lets hope we can do the same on Sunday.

Jamie Foster talking it up on sky sports news:
"Bradford Bulls winger Jamie Foster has labelled the club's Super League clash against Wakefield Wildcats as a 'must-win' encounter.

The Bulls have already claimed a 23-10 victory at Wakefield this term, but their six-point deduction for entering administration coupled with dreadful form means they are eight points adrift of the Wildcats.

Bradford suffered an 'embarrassing' 46-4 loss to Catalan Dragons according to head coach Francis Cummins and Foster, who endured a tough afternoon in the south of France, knows their performance was unacceptable.

With relegation a real possibility for the Bulls this season the 23-year-old knows anything other than a win on Sunday at Provident Stadium would almost certainly end in the drop...."

I hope Mr Agar is man enough to admit that his experiment of playing Sammut at full back
Mathers on the wing and Sykes and Seika in the halves has failed miserably. Just because we won at Hull and Widnes doesn't mean its working or will ever work.
The next two games are vital so we must have players playing in positions they feel comfortable with I would suggest the following team assuming they are all fit on no other players who gave been injured previous to Sunday are fit to return.
Mathers

Owen
Walshaw
Ryan
Riley

Sammutt
Godinett

Anderson
McShane ( if fit otherwise Wildie)
Moore
Kirmond
Molloy
Smith

Subs Scruton Raleigh Annakin and Washbrook

If we are to progress next season we need to be signing up the players who are showing they have the ability and the desire to play for Wakefield and telling the rest they are in the shop window and need to impress to get a contract with another team .I would hope we can keep the following ..

Walshaw Collis Sammutt Godinett Anderson McShane Moore Ryan Tautai Raleigh Smith Jowitt Crowther some of these are already signed up. Definitely time to wave goodbye to Mathers and Sykes ( past it ) Wildie Trout and Annakin ( been given plenty of chance now and not looking like superleague standard ) Lynne ( never been ) Scruton ( not interested ) Seika ( imposter ) and all the loan players none of which have improved the team .

Quote: kinleycat "Jamie Foster talking it up on sky sports news
They are talking it up as their biggest and most important game for years and it probably is. Meanwhile going by this Paul Sykes interview we are talking it down. It will be interesting to see which tactic is the right one in the end.

[i“We have just got to focus on ourselves and not worry about them,” Sykes said.

“We will worry about them when we play them on the day.

“We have got to get our own performances right before we can look at them. We are just going to take things step by step.”

With relegation back on the agenda for the first time since 2007, Sunday’s game is being built up as one of the biggest matches of the Super League season so far, but Sykes said Wildcats can’t afford to get caught up in the hype.

Agar will go with what he chose for the last game Sammut full back Sykes and seijka in the halves. Are we good enough to win at Bradford yes will we win that's the ultimate question. If Bradford get a couple of early scores on us the heads could go down that goes for the bulls too.

They are not even discussing the game on the Bradford board. They are still upset about the last one.

We are already down so even if you don't win you've got nothing to worry about. Most of the Bulls players are focused on sorting themselves out for next year. They may talk the talk in the press but in reality they know the game's up.

In a funny kind of way I'm not really that bothered about the result on Sunday. I would just like to see our team play with a little bit of passion and determination.

A loss on Sunday and points deduction upheld a few days later at least then the club and supporters can make serious plans for dropping down a league.

But, f you win on Sunday and get some (or even all) of your points back, the game will be well and truly on.
The Bulls will be busting a gut to win this one, if only to show the RL world that they are not in the worst 2 teams in SL.

Of course, IF the6 point deduction had been ratified earlier, we could all get on with our lives and make plans accordingly.
As things stand (whatever the outcome), the timing of the review is shocking.

Realistically we'd need a win on Sunday and probably a minimum of 4 points back for survival to be a realistic aim I would think. After Saturday's half d effort I am far from confident we can match the 3 wins we have achieved so far this year never mind finish above the relegation zone.
