| Quote bren2k="bren2k"He was outstanding yesterday and seemed to really enjoy it when he realised he has his own song.
I love that interception thing - as Poptart says, it's not a long pass job, he takes it right out of their hands; fantastic reflexes. And the try when he ghosted through the line was just sublime - I love a bit of biff and barge, but when a top class half turns on the silky skills, it's a joy to watch.
Pita looks like an outstanding signing; although the bloke stood behind me was convinced that he's "too small." Shame.'"
I didn't pick the song up. What are we singing?

| I like how he tries to take on he opposition line. Like for his try against Catalans. A neat player. He likes the name chanting, but who wouldn't! Stuff like that will make him feel right at home.

| Seems to have a bit of a Thurston style of play and makes it look easy. If hes only half as good will do for me.

| He is certainly quick of thought and reaction and reading the game don't think any one else read that interception or saw it coming.

| Did I mention Pita Godinet was one of the Warriors best players ? (jks)
Pleased Pita is starting to show the fans what his game is about. We'd have him back in a heart beat I guarantee you that.
I hope he stays over there. He left here to get a fair go. Wakefield gave him a fair go....now that he is fitting in , his game will go up to another level and you should expect at least ten hot games from Godinet once he finds his feet.
What I'm hoping is that if the team has two quiet games in a row....unlike the NZ Warriors....Wakey don't go to the team sheet and drop the new guy Godinet first. If you want to see what Pita can do in the ESL keep him where he is....some exciting games lie ahead.....he would be the best un loved player on the fringe of the NRL ( I say that with years of following NRL reserve grade ).
Unleash Pita the Halfback , keep the faith in him.....he has the heart and drive of a Lion....he just needs a coach that stands by him.
Little champion that bloke.....puts a lot of players to shame when it comes to body on the line.
If your coach can find a way to get your bigger named players to put Pita in space around the ruck he is too fast to stop in that scenario.
Lastly when Pita hits top gear......your team will speed up.....that's what happened here....he reads the game and speeds the players up around him faster than anyone I have seen since some of the great players ( Big names ) coming off the bench into a stacked world class side.
You'll see what I mean this season , when the team knows how to use Godinet the speed of play will hit turbo.

| He looks class and with Sammut the team appears to have a more creative threat than for the last few years....

RA seems to be very astute with his overseas signings.

| I remember David Topliss finding a young New Zealand schoolboy called Henry Paul, bringing him to Wakefield and turned out to be a brilliant find. However after turning Wigan inside out they took him from us. Just hope the same does not happen with Pita because if he carries on like he did on Sunday someone will be after him and the money shortage will come into play.

| A lot of people question managers (in all forms of work) on whether they can get the best out of their team and improve things.
For me, recruitment is one of the biggest tasks for a manager, especially for a sports team.
Agar is very good at that, and has been at all his clubs.
