McShane and Wildie are more than capable.

I'd rather back fill another position like Wing, Stand off or prop.

Spoke to RA in the sponsors box on Sunday, I asked him if there were any more signings to come, he said that we had no more money for signings so we have what we have, that doesn't of course mean that we haven't signed someone and it's not been announced but he seemed pretty emphatic.

Danny Brough didn't exactly have a good track record before he came back to us, and that little punt when ok.

Are we in the market for being the best we can be by signing players who will improve our squad? if so, does scott moore improve our squad? yes he does - he has a performed in SL for some top clubs and arguably only left saints because of kieran cunningham.

If we're in the market of ignoring opportunities and being prepared to get relegated, then the likes of matty wilde are the answer.

personally I want to see the club stave off relegation and for that reason I think scott moore is worth a punt.

We don't need Scott Moore we have Paul Mcshane and Matt Wildie who will be good enough for the hooker position. Rhinos fans really rate Mcshane and he has a kicking game plus Matt Wildie is one of our own who has played well whenever he has been given the opportunity. Remember if we have an issue at hooker position during the season Godinet can also play there if needed. Let London have Moore.

As for other comments on thread....It wouldn't surprise me if our last signing will be Harry Siejka which may have already been agreed with Goulding being released possibly? We need another competent creative pivot and not solely rely upon an ageing Sykes (recovering from a broken leg), Wildie and Godinet.

Not bad really as only the 'additional senior prop' on Agar's wish list has not been signed despite all the financial issues of the last 4 months.



Think with Anderson, Moore, Raleigh, Tautai and Dan Smith up front we should be ok hopefully if they get and stay fit.

Starting his 10th season and only on his 5th club, and he'd only had three when he came to us, not overly sure he'd been sacked anywhere either.
I aren't suggesting DB was some kind of angel on or off the field but the comparison is a bad one IMO.

He was sacked by Wakefield as a 19 year old for gross miss conduct - which I think most of us old timers know was exactly that.

Cant recall him being sacked (not suggesting your'e wrong just can't remember the reasoning behind him leaving), however i still think Moore's cosistently chequered club history and alleged off field issues place him in a different bracket to Brough.
