I dont pretend to know anything about the company but it cant be that dormant as it got a 6k CCJ against it a couple of weeks ago, just after James Elston became a Director of it.

Thats fair enough and I wouldnt expect you to comment any further on it, but on another note I noticed that one of your more interlectual supporters (NGB4CAS) had messaged you some ideas to revolutionise and turn the club around I just wanted to ask if any of these had been implemented yet and also have you set up a video conferece with him at his Italy villa.

If I didn't stand by my post then I wouldn't have posted and you seem to be agreeing with what most people are asking.

Well i'll comment -as it concerns a friend of mine , until it gets sorted I won't be spending another penny at the club

I believe I raised the issue that a steady stream of negative news would impact badly on the supporter's desire to spend money. I know we did the right thing with Tuson but the fact he was not willing to accept that he had signed for us in his statement (had an offer from Wakefield) is just more negative news.
The longer this situation drags on without anything positive the more the rumours will start and the less likely we are to sell season tickets. I suppose the next statement will be a list of players not being retained when they come to the end of their contracts. Then we will know what we have left and just how bad next season could be.

What an odd stance. I guess you were happy to spend money at the club when someone you didn't know was owed money by Trinity?

Well if that was the case I'd never go .
It's only when you know someone personally and see the frustration that they're dealing with in trying to get back money that they're quite rightfully owed that you see why there's so much ill feeling towards the club .
This all started with the previous regime & despite a good start he's been let down by the present one .

There are two sides to every story. I'm sure your friend will have his side. If you'd like to meet personally I'll tell you ours. Suffice to say we thought we'd agreed a deal only to find out through the court system that we hadn't!

Well at the end of the day it's not my concern , and you're a busy man . But I'm sure you 2 parties will meet again & hopefully come to an agreement ( don't know if that's too late ) . But there's one thing for sure , there's no positives coming out of this .
