| Is the money from 1873 put in a separate account ?
The reason I ask is that IMO it should be , but the stories of cash prize winners still not receiving their money makes me wonder if the cash is being used for other purposes.
Based on some of the stuff allegedly going on! I would say on the face of it AG does not seem to be making any better a job of running the club from a financial perspective than Ted Richardson did and i was no fan of Ted. No wonder they didn't want a fans repsentative on the board
Maybe I am being harsh here, but JE is a common denominator in both regimes, so is he out of his depth and to blame for the inability of the club to balance its income and expenditure or is it AG fault, as he shld be paying close attention to the financials?
Imo I woukd say that JE is at least partly to blame for paying over the odds for players who he signed just after the change of iwnership

| It's not just a case of AG just signing the cheque its the fact that we are still not generating enough money. It's a story that's not changed. But it's funny that when asked at a fans forum AG said the club were just about breaking even. Have to say his body language suggested that this answer was not the full picture. What does seem odd is owing fita 200 grand at wholesale value. It's a lot of money for what appears to be a few walls full of stock.

| Real poor show if true. Having said that £200k seems a very steep figure given the crap quality of the shirts and the small volumes Trinity would potentially sell. The Winding Up petition, numerous CCJ's and rumours of unpaid suppliers doesn't paint a rosy picture, regardless of the spin.
I wonder if the club are holding out for Newmarket to make the club a more attractive proposition for a wealthier investor.

| To owe fita £200k we would have to have bought off them around 10000 replica shirts, I doubt very much this figure is accurate and if the story is at all true, having worked for a large company selling a portfolio of products to multiple organisations around the UK in my experience there is not a single customer that would owe this kind of money over 120days and we insured our debt, so I very much doubt fita have given WTW a £200k+ credit limit with a 200+ day account.
Sounds a bit of crap to me, probs is about £2k owed from last month

| Where does all this crap come from? If the club owes £200K to a creditor that's a serious amount of money and I am sure the club would have been in court for it by now! I have to say that until I hear something OFFICIAL then I for one don't believe a word of all these horror stories. I know the club have had CCJ's and I hate that but if it's untrue about the £200k, then the person starting this rumour should be flogged!

| Only going on what I've been told sandalcat. Does seem very steep 20k would be more believable. However much the debt though its still worrying as we seem to owe money to all and sundry. People not getting paid out for lottery wins, my mate won on this an the cheque bounced! All seems too familiar to me!

The 1873 bit is a major concern. There is no way thatt money should be going into the same pot as everything else. It needs to be ring fenced as we are paying it for the benefit of junior development and should expect to be paid out promptly if we win
The fact we never get regular updates on what the money is being used for only adds to the view that it is perhaps not been used for the purposes intended

| Think people also tend to forget its not just replica shirts. It's the whole range of merchandise that they supply plus playing and training kits kit bags etc etc. don't think everything is as rosy as people would like to believe.

Was in the club shop a few months ago where a couple were complaining that the cheque the club had sent had not bounced once but TWICE. This happened even though they had been assured that the cheque wouldn't bounce the second time. Obviously the couple were extremely unhappy and were giving the club a third chance, not sure I would have done this.

| I know for a fact the running of the club is a shambles. Forever robbing Peter to pay Paul was the phrase given to me. The farcical loan deals of mariano and walshaw being prime examples.

| Agar can't be blamed for the running of the club, I'd imagine that's down to je as CEO with glover overlooking things.
