Credit the club for coming out in support of the ban and respect our sport has for officials. As the ball was passed beyond the C defender it didn't really affect baileys effectiveness in the line, im sure he enjoyed a little shove on the ref, poor positioning from silverwood, but no major deal just making a statement and Leeds seem to have accepted it.

i agree with this, i cannot even remember the incident, but from what i have read on here, there was no malicious intent. i am no bailey fan, but it does seem harsh compared to the high tackles etc we have seen in recent weeks recieveing 1 match bans.

slightly o/t but i would have liked to know what was said to the ref (ganson i think) at the hull kr game. you could here ganson say "are you talking to me" and repeating it a few times!!

It is a part of the game to tackle and sometimes it gets out of hand.

There is no part of the game that involves contact with the referee so is clearly a disciplinary issue.
3 games is a deterrent from people doing it again and it stops us descending to the footballer antics.

I fully support the ban.
