Just to confirm the club have not been approached by and are not involved with the sale of this shirt.
We have an excellent relationship with the Hospice and have worked with and will continue to work with them on a number of projects. I have checked with the Hospice this afternon and they are not involved with the sale of this shirt. Obviously if the person selling these shirts wants to make a donation to the Hospice they are entitled to do so.

Martin, as stated this was put on in good faith.My friend asked me to put this on the forum as i am a registered user . He will be contacting the club on Monday and hopefully any issues that the club may have can be resolved.I can assure you that once you have spoken with him and you can see the evidence that all profits raised are to go to the hospice everything will be resolved.
I would not put my name or that of Wakefield Hospice forward if this was not genuine.Hopefully once you have spoken with him we can all move forward in the pursuit in raising money to such a good cause.
I aim to cycle from.belle vue to.catalans in perpignan when we play them away...with any money raised going between the hospice and squadbuilder.As a season ticket holder and supporter of 35 years i can honestly say it was genuinley put in good faith.

Hoping to hear if there's been any progress on this today .Spoke to my neighbour on Saturday who is more than a little angry / gutted to be made out to be some rip off merchant & wants to get money under false pretences . I'll not say any more , but i can guarantee that ALL profits will be going to the hospice ( as long as it all gets sorted by both parties ).

It would be great if the club could get behind this shirt, perhaps the original and the new badges could be put on (one where the adidas badge went), and will a short sleeved one be available?

If the originator had involved the club from the outset, I can imagine they may have got involved; since he's attempting to do so after the thing is in production and on sale however, I can't see them being willing to jeopardise their own shirt sales by endorsing this one.
Personally, I do a fair bit throughout the year for the hospice, so I'll be buying my rugby shirt from my team shop, ta muchly.
