Have to agree though, I think asking Hemmings to host this event is a massive misstep on the part of WTW; the man has spent the entire season patronising us, condemning us to the scrapheap and deliberately ignoring our positive achievements. If there has been a media agenda against us, he could reasonably be cast as its instigator and poster boy.

I for one, couldn't keep me dinner down if I had to look at his smug face schmoozing it at the top table; for those reasons, I'm out.

the only way this event will succeed is if Trinity recieve a franchise.

even if we have a franchise he'd be a rubbish choice of host. the man's a bore, and this is how i always judge people in the media when it comes to our sport: would he ever pay into a game out of his own money?

eddie isn't to blame if we don't get a franchise, but he's the slimy frontman for the game's broadcast partner who are in bed with the rfl around this whole sick process.
