Does it have to happen after administrators are brought in, i.e could it happen before Friday?

How do you know he hasn't? Just because he hasn't made it public it don't mean he ain't interested. Now if he had come out and distanced himself after various articles mentioned him being in the frame, then I would take that as confirmation he wasn't in the running.

Maybe he's waiting, maybe he's not as interested in us as we are in him. Who knows?

Wait and see, I'm sure there's good reasons behind him taking his time.

I agree - I think Mr Parkin is holding back and not making a public statement like Mr Glover for a reason. What that is, is anyones guess but we'll soon see !!

The administrator has publically said that no offer has yet been received.

The administrater has not been appointed yet.

The administrator is not yet officially appointed and therefore no offers can be submitted.

I believe that at Least two of the four investors have passed the RFLs 'fit and proper persons' test. They will have prepared their offers ready for submittance once the Administrator is officially in control of the club.
