| Quote newgroundb4cas="newgroundb4cas"I am very torn whether I want administration or not now? We will get 4 points de-ducted but im not worried about that at all as our first 3 games are very winnable. I just want to see our owners and the board go now and I want a new regime with some cash to lead us in the right direction especially with Newmarket on the horizon. Apart from the start of last season every season we have been heading in the wrong direction with Ted this season a complete farce as he is not willing to put his own brass in. So lets put it to the vote.
Administration = get the regime out start a fresh? Or not. Lets put it to the vote.'"

| What the club needs is a clean slate & a fresh ownership structure. The only way this can be achieved is through a period of Administration, even though it virtually seals our fate as far as July's decision over SL franchises go.

I would like to think that the clans suggestion could be a possibility.

Fingers crossed Clans proposal turns out to be true.
I don't want administration if we have other options open to us.

| Quote The Clan="The Clan"I might be wrong, but if a potential buyer is given permission to speak to the creditors on the clubs behalf can they not cut a deal, simular to Administration, but without actually going down that road.
That might be a solve all solution to everything:
The buyer still gets the club at a knockdown price
The RFL can't beat us with the Admin stick
Ted gets sent on his way
HMRC recoup a large part of the debt instead of losing out completely
Wakefield Trinity moves on to better things and does'nt risk losing YCs £350k or the outstanding ground payment.
SRW gets to have his loan repaid ata later date as originaly agreed'" that would suit all parties

| Administration would also mean the smaller 'investors' would also loose their shareholding in the club and the Supporters Trust would then loose their proxy/combined shareholding as way of having representation on the BoD.
I feel that if, as reported last night, one of the 3 suitors wants 100% control, then they would want the company to go into admin because they would buy 100% control from the administrator. The only other way that they could achieve their control position would be to buy off each shareholder individually -which could be costly in both time and money and also be an admin nightmare.

The ONLY benefit of not going into Administration is that it doesn't give the RFL an easy excuse in July.
While it's possible that a potential buyer COULD speak to the various creditors, the only way the creditors would accept any offer is if it provided a better return for them than the club going into Administration. The only way this can be delivered is through a higher costs to whoever buys the club, which leaves the simple question of why would they pay more than they really need to?
Also, I can't see the other creditors agreeing to accept a reduced amount if SRW is getting his full amount back (even if it's over a longer period than currently intended).

| That is still achievable.
Purchaser pays a liitle bit more, but reduces risk of rfl kicking off because we've gone into admin. TICK
Creditors get more than they would if we go into admin. TICK
Now this is a total guess, SRW is an interested party, he has a lot riding on this. He has something to do with yorkcourt and therefore the NM development he has also some money tied up with the club and a former director. TICK
Happy days! Everyones a winner!!!!
