For what it's worth, Warrington, 2nd in SL, had only around 7500 for the visit of Featherstone. Yes, I know, an NL1 side - who took around 1000 supporters. Their game wasn't on TV - perhaps they stayed at home to watch a decent team on telly?

So, the high-flying Wire, with a superb fan base, managed 2500 more fans than we did.

Why not go on their board and harp on about crowd figures there?

How many does that away stand at the midgets hold as it was practically full, because if you take the KR fans away it would not leave a lot of home fans. Nothing new there though.

Now for all those that went what percentage of the seats were occupied in your opinion?

I would say 50% at most that is a crowd of no more than 1600 but in truth probably less than that.

I am not gloating because our club is also finding it very difficult to get by, but I think quins as a club are not sustainable without the deep pockets of their backer.

Personally I thought the Shudds ground looked pretty full (figuratively speaking), and not just the away end. I feel sorry for Catalans when they eventually play at Camp Nou and only fill it 15%.
