When Ray Price was here, he started the Dreadnaughts call. Any player on the field could call it, only a maximum of 4 times during a game, but when someone shouted Dreadnaughts, the whole team had to play at maximum speed and effort for 5 minutes. Often used just before and after half time.
If you knew it existed it was obvious when the call went up. Was a great motivator.
