qualifications is the way forward, for too long clubs have just got a get up and go dad who may have never played the game,this still happens but at least with a course they then have some incite to what should and shouldnt be done.
it is also fair to say that their are going to be a lot more courses for coaches in the near future regards child protection,more in depth crb checks,touchline managment courses to name but a few,imo its all in the bigger plan to take junior and youth rugby back under the rfl and the clubs and coaches that dont get qualified will be left behind.
