Could be quite a few fans on here change their mind about the prodigal son. In his Cas days he was always slated on here about his performances - I could never understand that.

Would be a great replacement if Washy goes IMO.

The thing that baffles me regarding Westy is you constantly hear how well thought of he is a FC by coach, players and fans alike. He is still in contract for another full season - so why would he be leaving them ?

As its just a rumour he probably isn't leaving them.

I don't think Washy will go to Hull KR and nor will Joe come to us. Very unlikely IMO.

I think all this talk of Westerman leavin FC started when the rumours started about them bringing in a 'world class' 13 from the NRL....then it was announced that Danny tickle had signed for Widnes, which frees up the space for this 13....rendering the Westerman rumours as just that in my opinion.

Can't say I've heard the rumours about a WC 13 coming to hull - although there are a lot of rumours floatin about so who knows? Don't think Westy held in high regard as you think - there are certainly a section of fans who think he has never lived up to his potential since he's been here. His early promise hasn't really progressed IMO and he should really be pushing for rep honours and he's no where near getting into the England squad at the end of the year. I don't think he has ever found a role in the hull team that he is comfortable with so its not beyond the realms of possibility that he could sign for you guys.

One thing you forget is that, at 23, he is still only a young guy.
