Unless there is a turnaround from Raiders Williams will be off contract and probably in our price bracket.

| Knowing Wakefield it will most likely be Gale who Leeds can't wait to get rid of, coming to Belle Vue like others in the past have done for a couple of seasons to get their pension pot. I Wish it could be Williams but dread it will be Gale.

Thats why the club have scouts etc but miller is at best average.yesterdays opposite who will be playing championship rugby next season is at another level to miller so im sure a few weeks back he was available granted not now.but like with other players at the club miller is still under contact and cannot be simply let go of.this is the problem with wakefield fans some players cant do no wrong no matter there performances of which miller hasnt been good

| .....and so the obsession with Williams surfaces again. Didn't do it for me when he was here. Average at best.

He backed out last year for family circumstances - I hear it was due to his missus on a good wage back home, no idea if that's true or not but would make sense.

| Williams is not the player he was when at Wakefield. He was drafted into Canberra’s first grade and had some good plays but he appears to have lost some pace and the opposition forwards were clearly targeting him as a weak link.
I think it is obvious his desire will be to remain at Canberra at any level and maybe his loyalty will be rewarded there.

| Miller does lots of really good work and is a real grafter, and leads from the front. He tackles everything and runs his blood to water. But, what he does not do well is make correct pass selections. He holds the ball too long while he has a look around, then hits the short runner with a crash ball too often. Hampshire ran into some great positions around the back yesterday to be able to put the winger away, but never got the ball.
These need to be drill plays, rehed and executed quickly. That one second delay that Miller takes to decide is the difference between a great pass and a poor one, and at the moment he is just on the wrong side with his timing.

Miller does produce some good stuff but also tends to produce some rubbish (check his stats for missed tackles and errors) which put him on the wrong side of the balance sheet for me. His decision making is pretty dire and he has not improved over the last 3 or so seasons which has stunted our attack. As Captain, focal point, senior pro and quota player, I expect a little better.

Good .. he will fit in just fine with the (forward) flat suicide ball to the likes of Ian Thornley and Jake Bibby !
