I still try to remain ambivalent to expressions of intolerance and indeed, inciteful behaviour... but its hard... when you want news about the club you've followed since 1975, and all you read is bigoted rhetoric with personal agenda written all over it!! this is especially nonsensical when the forum is for fans... no club official spends any time on here!! and in their position, nor would I... so we have an echo chamber for the disgruntled and wretched...
my strategy now is not to engage individually.. and mute the constant barrage (sadly its not possible to mute quotes)....
anyhoo... its Monday... its spring and today is sunny with 31 high... happy days'"

Thing is though it's a forum and you're going to read posts you don't like and fans are going to vent after the horrendous season we've all been through we can't pretend everything is not too bad when where heading for the championship.Im hoping M Ellis is going to bring some professionalism and hard business acumen to this club after the years of mediocrity that goes all the way back to the 1970s.

By venting, do you mean wild, libellous accusations and groundless vendettas. The fact is, MC has admitted mistakes were made on recruitment but other than that, the club has never been in better hands in all my 52 years supporting. We should be bloody grateful not spiteful and vindictive. We've gone down. This happens in sport but it doesn't negate the good they've done. Nor does it excuse the abuse dished out on here. A forum it may be but that doesn't make it a place for cowardly, anonymous attacks |

What we should be doing now is continuing our support and get behind the club in its strive to rebuild and become the club we all want!
I’ve said it before rugby league isn’t just played in SL.
I’m actually looking forward to next season already . |
