Well the club and himself have let it be known without actually signing a contract, which could result in other clubs coming in with a farthing more an him choosing to go to them.

I suspect the contract has been signed for weeks. There is no chance imho that the club would say anything if they were not sure.

The notification of signings are often held back for a multitude of reasons, most are bureaucratic in nature.

It was already being talked about in the press so anyone wanting to talk to him would have already been doing it.

I`ve heard it`s a done deal, they`ve removed the smoke alarms from the plans in the players toilets in preparation, the club have also saved £26.50 taking these out of the plans.

If he was playing regularly he wouldn’t have been sacked for it, however with his large contract running down Titans I think saw it as a decent money saving exercise.

As I said, sounds like a way to get him off the cap. I reckon he's not making a fuss because he's been paid off - absolutely no proof of that by the way. But it does all seem a bit odd.

Doesn't matter, it's against the rules as was the vaping. I've a feeling it probably wasn't a first offence hence the sacking and his lack of appeal but there's no proof of that either. When it's announced he has a clean slate here, over to him to prove himself to a new employer, set of teammates and supporters.
