Even worse in my opinion because we haven't got a centre or a full back on the books who is SL standard.
Collis may have had his faults but he was the only threequarter we had with any 'class'. Lyne has, as yet, unfulfilled potential though probably not at centre) and frankly I haven't yet seen enough from Arundel to convince me one way of the other. As for full back - we haven't got one! (not counting Jowitt who seemingly is not yet ready to step up).

On his day Lyne has been great at centre and Hall has all the skills needed if he applies them

It's up to Smith to get them sorted or we put Ryan their to just plug the defence and run hard.

Hopefully this pathetic end to his season should result in the end of his career.

|I don't think Lyne has been a shadow of the player he was last season and as for Hall he seems like a rabbit caught in the headlights to me. I'm extremely disappointed with his form at Wakefield after seeing what he did for HKR but as you say the new coach may sort them out. I hope so!

Yes I am annoyed because we are just an embarrassment both on and off the field. What reason did the chairman take it upon himself to decide who is worth keeping and who can go, that should be Smith's job. He will have no problem picking this weeks squad it somewhat picks itself. The players, chairman and coach are just transient but what they do impact of the supporters who are not.
The problem now is that many of the latter are voting with their feet because who wants to be associated with us.
We have increased prices
The ground capacity was reduced (so I suppose the current action is working)
No bringing your own drink into the ground
Etc.

For all I dont agree with all MC has done since he took over, id still rather the club was run like this than the way the previous clowns did it!

I thing M C had every right to express his views. Give the guy some slack. Im no big fan but its his club I would much rather know whos up for it and who not., Let the guys who are not up for the fight go if that's the case with collis so be it.

How old is Lynne now? I've always thought he looked a bit raw but with his pace had real potential for the future.
