| Well the Newmarket development we'll be a perfect location for them to expand straight off the M62 and 1 junction from M1 prime location. The Kitwave Community Stadium.

| It would certainly be in a good location and the stadium would certainly have a ring to it.
I think the sponshorship that I mentioned earlier was for either the North or East stand and would certainly be a coincidence.
I would drink to that

| And, of course, the connection is that former director of Clark's, David Garthwaite, whose family owned the brewery, played for Trinity in the Sixties.

H B CLARK is continuing to be run as an independent company, so it could be The H B CLARK Community Stadium.

| Have heard tonight what could be further good news for the Newmarket community stadium regards H B Clark brewery proposed move to new premises at Newmarket. Apparently it's not just Clark's Wakefield city depot that is included in the move to Newmarket, also their FAM soft drinks site depot based in Robin Hood and another Clarks depot in the North are also been incorporated into new plans for the move. The total square footage involved is very large but i can't confirm the total so i won't speculate or give the figure i have been given. I would think though, if the Newcold build is finally included in the Community Stadium Newmarket site and the Clark's development does go ahead it won't be far off the trigger point.

How do you know? Are the plans in the public domain? I would have thought they would require a decent sized unit.
