agree about the atmosphere but at £7 a pint and nearly £2 a coke it's spain all the way for us..last 5 years 4 have been in spain and it is the trip i look forward to most...miss the wife tho ...HONEST...

Would be interested in a Friday to Sunday package. To add an extra day to Monday would rule me out, not able to get time off work.

Can't do a Friday-Sunday package as there are no flights on Sunday. BMI baby don't fly to Perpignan anymore so Ryanair into Carcassonne is the best route but they don't fly on Sundays back from Carcassonne.

If there were to be enough interest, could Spain become an option flying into Barcelona?
We went to Barcelona from LBA it was a doddle, and even a transfer to Perp or Canet is less than an hour.

The problem is that you cannot please everyone, some want Spain and some want Perpignan, some want 3 nights and some want 2.

The tour organiser has suggested 3 nights in Perpignan and that is what has been put to the Club. The Club may endorse the trip or not.

The problem with LBA to Barcelona is that the current air fare going out Friday and back on Sunday is £250 which is far more expensive than Ryanair.

If kinley goes we could set up the barby, rather obviously this would mean kermit attending the local frog and chip shop and asking for two frogs legs, open.

Sorry if this has already been flogged to death but can anybody tell me who they are flying to France with. This will be my 3rd time now and I have always flown with bmi baby out of east midlands. Seems they have stopped this service. Air France are wanting £900.00 for two tickets. Anyone know who else is flying to Perpignan? Cheers

The only flights into Perpignan are from Stanstead or Southampton so your looking at Carcassonne, Girona or Barcelona.

There hopefully will be an announcemet shortly regarding an official Club/Supporters Trust all in package which will include flights, transfers, accommodation with breakfast, match ticket and transport to Gilbert Brutus Stadium.

Yeah, having priced it all individually (inc. cheap car hire for transport), the deal is currently unbeatable.
