Triple jumper

well he jumped a bloody long way no matter how many goes he had!

I presume we are talking about Jonathan Davies and not Jonathan Edwards the triple jumper.

so he jumped 3 times, big deal.
i was only aware of one jump, for which he got a medal.

All the same Edwards is a good bloke who loves his rugby league, not sure about Jonathan Davies.

davies was quite good at rl but hated fog!!!

not, repeat not, 3 jumps!

It's 3 of the 5 jumps but still 3 jumps therefore "Triple Jump" is correct.

When teaching kids, who generally have a hard time coordinating, how to do the triple jump. You should get them to think about their landing at the end of each phase of the jump, they should get used to saying "Same - Opposite - Both".
This helps them to coordinate their first few jumps, motor skill aquisition takes place and is then followed by motor skill development which ultimately leads to them performing the triple jump almost entirely without conscious cognitive thought.

Do they, er, wonder off at all?? or cry? ...its jumping in the air and trying to go a long way!
