Can't see any reason for leaving Gleeson in, at the expense of Blaymire. Blaymire had a good game at Leeds in awfull conditions. It's got to be Blaymire at full back and Murphy or George in the centre. |

Seeing how unfit Charlie was last week I doubt he'll be ready for Wigan. I'd rather play Gleeson. He made a bad mistake but he didn't miss any tackes and was obviously targetted. I'd play him and Murphy in centre leaving JD to rotate at hooker.

I would generally agree with you. Presume Kear must think that Leano is fit enough to do a couple of 10 minute stints and if they are done late in each half when hopefully Wigans players are tiring, his physical attributes might be beneficial.
FWIW, I don't see Gleeson being dropped as he is now playing better than he was prior to the Harlequins game and still kept his place then.
I think it will be Morton and one of the second rowers to miss out this week with Fegi coming back in. My guess is between Johnson and Hendo dependent on injury concerns. |
