your point is valid, but just to put things into context, ted deserved the title. the club was run like a small family business, by people who's only qualification for their jobs was their family/maiden name.
now it is run like a small family business (from what i can see), where the only qualification for the jobs that people are in is the fact that they were already in them. glover will have to make his mark at some point.

In what way are you 'led to believe?'

Didn't a Richardson owned offshore company receive a substantial sum of money as a result of that chicanery?
I can't remember the details now, but I seem to recall a company that was incorporated in the Isle of Man with a name inspired by the Richardson offspring?

I’ve never been privy to the goings on at the club, my memories are fading as the years advance, however, I thought the club went bust, the Council saved the day, then gave it back, for peanuts.
When Glover came in, the family jewels were gone, therefore, the ones that frittered the only tangible asset the club had must take ultimate blame. Yes we can blame the RFL for their intransigence regarding expansionism, maybe Cllr Box for his obvious bias, even Pickles for not letting NM go through, but ultimately, those people who were practically given such a sizable asset and let it slip through their fingers, for whatever reason, have to be the main culprits.

I think you have to take into account the finances under the previous regime when trying to work out how much money is being saved and who is benefitting from that saving. If as has been suggested elsewhere we were 200k a season in the red just trying to survive in SL then Glover would need to have at the very least halved the wage bill to be able to make enough profit to fund the 'cosmetic' touches he has made. Exactly who are we accusing Glover of getting rid of anyway? Jeffries, who according to those 'in the know' on here was on a fairly low wage hence the security of a 3 year contract, are there any others?

It is not necessarily who AG has 'got rid of', but employees who are not here now but were under the previous regime. eg Diane R, Francis S, BJ, Sam, Millard, Fergy. For me those six would add up to a tidy sum/saving

Maybe so but doesn't add up to a money maker does it? Nobody would take on a sports club, that didn't own it's own ground, to make any money out of it would they? Now I'm not saying that Glover is a 'knight in shining armour' but I'm glad he came in and bought the club. Just trying to understand what the problem is with what he has done so far.

Richard Moore, Tevita Latu and Danny Brough. I know they went pre Glover but never replaced and there are a few more. As I say not judging but it's a fact that they have not been replaced and even bringing us back into line it still leaves some spare IMO.

How do you know? we all expect the worst (even me I've been trying to stay positive and drum up a bit of support but no one was willing except sc ngb4c fergus). I'll support the club in championship and that's whT we all need to do, especially if there is a chance of going up in twelve months time. The whole system is wrong, franchising could work if done properlybut the favouritism towards expansion clubs is killing the game. London should no longer be classed as an expansionist area, they've had 30 years at it and their still flogging a dead horse.

The debts were over a much shorter period than ten years, I could time line most of the big ones from the admin document, and most of the smaller ones would have been written off by companies after 3 years anyway as unrecoverable, Id say absolute maximum 5 years, but it looked to me nearer 3-4
To be fair no one really know if the 1.9 million was everything.

Add to that the SL instalments that have not been spent on players wages and you could have a nice little nest egg to spend in the lower leagues.

Sorry vasty but no it doesnt.
We needed a 7.5k average home crowd to balance the books over a full 3 year period, I know that was the business plan. Fact is we didnt even get that for the home playoff against Catalans basically as others have posted each 1k down from that is 10k of revenue per week, not in a maths mood but even if we averaged 6.5 k per week its 140-150k, and we dont average that in PAYING customers.
