Couldn't believe how bad your lads went last night, poor ball retention, ill discipline, missed tackles, poor kicking game coupled with some poor decisions from Hicks and the video ref gifted the Bulls a win. A bad day at the office all round, you get them days when nothing goes right, but no doubt Wakey will bounce back and can and will play better. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Is the correct answer. You now progress onto the grown up's board.

Quote: tigerman1231 "TBH I can't even see Salford making the 8 this year don't forget they are a team strung together pretty much in the off season. Going to take time for them to gel also you LOST that game Webster is injury prone and is well past his best which is why he is at Cas and played only 7 games last season. Problem is you've got him until 2016 so keep paying for that expensive player in the treatment room. icon_wink.gif

I'm not so sure about your half backs to be honest either.

Carney is a very good winger I'll give you that and if he can stay suspension free and sort his tackle technique then he'll probably get 15-20 tries for you.

It's a long season you may well do slightly better than your 12th last year(one below us!). icon_lol.gif

Funny how playing decent for 40mins last weekend has everyone salivating, then one game later everyone's in self destruct mode saying we're doomed, all our players are garbage, agar out etc. Seems to be the Wakefield way these past few years.

It's early days for us especially with all the new faces and off field fiascos, we were never going to hit the ground running and it's going to take a few games for us to hit our straps - fact!

For what it's worth, i thought Lynne played well last night, despite the obvious error which was pretty bad. But when you constantly watch someone under a magnifying glass, ready to pounce on every little error they make, naturally you are going to forget the good things ala Lynne/Tautai etc. Stop moaning and get behind them!

I don't like to sign up to conspiracy theories, but that's two games in a row where we've got absolutely nowt from the official in the first half; if you were a cynic, you'd almost believe that our card was marked in relegation year.'"

Glad you have mentioned this because I am a cynic. All you have to do is get heavily penalised for the first 15 minutes and the best teams in SL would find it difficult to get back into the game. The refs can even things up later but its too late the tone has been set and its all over.

I can understand head high shots, crossing, offside etc. But many of those last night that we got at the play the ball were killers. What we did was no different to what Bradford were doing but for some reason we seemed to get penalised. Further to that the penalty always seemed to happen on the 4th or 5th tackle.

Salfords first try last week came on the back of around 20 consecutive PTB's. Bradfords first try last night was just the same. Hard not to be suspicious.

Most tries come after a team has buckled under sustained pressure. It's the nature of the game. This applies to all team in all games.

The crapper the team the more under pressure you’ll be due to mistakes and ill discipline. I’ve seen this at first hand as the Bulls have declined since 2006. We’ve given away more penalties. Is this a conspiracy? No. It’s our own fault.

Talk of conspiracies is plain daft.

Watching the game on TV it was clear that Wakefield were losing the collisions and were consistently being pinged for changing moving to cover the ball up after the held call. Hicks did penalise that more than you normally see, but he was clear in telling the players what he was penalising, in those circumstances you have to question the players.

As to the game itself Bradford clearly won the physical battle, that could be a worry for you or might simply be that they had a couple of fresh bodies and you did not after the short turn round from Sunday. My biggest criticism of your team is the hooker, McShane flaters to decieve, his distribution is poor and frankly he can hardly pass left to right at all. I lost count of the number of times he had to change hands passing that way. I think the worry would be that Collis and Kirmond may not get any good ball in attacking areas. McShanes threat around the ruck and good short kicking game are good, but I don't think the price of being unable to move the ball right is worth that.

You have a personal grudge with this lad?

Was MOM against Salford and is considered a loss by Leeds, Hull and Widnes fans - you seem in a minority but hey…..

….personally not seen enough of him yet but even on last nights showing he was a long way down on my list of offenders.
