Stanley Rangers u15s crashed out of the first round of the cup losing to Oulton Raiders 12-22 in a poor day to pass the ball around,
the wind up on the field made it really difficult to control and it ended up being a forwards battle in which they wanted it more, their off loading in the tackle was far better and had the support of other players wish I could say the same of our team

We couldn't field a team - we've had dreadful luck with injuries this season; several lads out long term with broken bones and another one bit the dust with a badly sprained ankle mid-week. On top of that, a couple more away on holiday meant that we had no choice. Gutted.

A very welcome win in the league for the panthers 13s after beating shaw cross 12-26,league performances have been good this year and pleased that the lads finnally got just rewrds for their efforts with a very dominant performance.

Shaw Cross Sharks. 11s travelled to birstall Victoria to keep their own unbeaten run going and try to end Victoria s even longer unbeaten run after a nip n tuck 1st half the sharks trailed by 2 at half time but a far better team defense and effect in the 2nd half so the sharks score 3 tries to 1 and take the match 30-16

The top group looms for the sharks just as the seeding for the divions will take place.

Crigg 13s still unbeaten and from what I hear staningley were never going ti threaten the streak.

Spartans went to Upton and won a very tough and uncompromising yet high quality game by 16-18.

The match was marred by another Spartans player breaking a bone, the 7th this season.
