Nobody was screaming for joy at the injury, they were screaming for joy at a GREAT HIT when they realised there was an injury, there was silence, then EVERYONE applauded him off, unlike at Wakefield where it's common place to hear booing, you sad, sad little man.
But it just shows how thin you're running on arguments against the ground now when you're trying to cause $hit over things that didn't happen or you're over reacting to
They are no more than the designs DLA produced for display in December for us.
That shows how SLOW your development is/has been. The only reason for this is finance. But everyone knows it.
And of course you would shout about it if you have funds. It's about raising confidence.
If you publicise the fact you have the required backing it will show the project is a reality- hence attracting further business. What does cloak and daggers mixed with smoke and mirrors get you? Well ask Richard Wright- conspiracies and doubters.
As for signing off business. I very much doubt that!
If you were you would be a person who would be well know by face to people who ACTUALLY are very close to our project such as TRB, yet he (as well as your own fans such as Fully) openly doubt your credentials.
If your the big man in the know throw down your real name, if your so close I should be able to get a google result of your name being mention in some article over that past 5 years, or a website other than a forum.. or you could actually just be just another fan, looking for a way to feel important after a panning by the Rhinos.

Do Cas realise that dark writing on a black background is almost impossible to read? Also those mock ups should have been done ages ago. If you're involved in negotiating deals then you'll have been using these as one of your key marketing tools for quite a while or does RW just tell people to close their eyes and imagine?
It does look nice though.

They will complete full planning and then do what they have stated on their website. They will level out an area which is the base for the pitch and thats when the money will dry up. However if timed correctly it may be just enough activity and progress to get them the next licence.'"
You are aware that fraudulently carrying out business in the way you suggest would be a criminal offence? That's quite an accusation you're making there...

No worse than what was thrown at Trinity after the collapse of the TP project by rival supporters, including Castleford fans.

Come on tb you know better than that. If you read the Cas website this is exactly what they are stating. The first thing to be built is the base for the pitch, which is bar far the cheapest thing to do. They say it will be done around May next year which is franchise application time.
Dicky Wright will be up at the site with a JCB in the background trying to make us all believe construction is on its way. Infact to save a few bob he may even use the same old film he published about 2 years ago.

You seem a very bitter jealous individual, cant you just wish Cas well in the way that I have wished trinity well over Newmarket ?
Are you frightened that now that things seem to be moving at Glasshoughton that you will be left behind ?
Get a grip buddy, i read somewhere that you were a teacher (apologies if wrong ), if so , I am so glad youre not teaching my kids this petty bitterness.
Good luck to trinity in the pursuit of a new home ............. see its not that hard

| Question for Gaslight that is confusing me ... as you are one of the main movers and shakers in the Cas stadium build I'm sure you will know the answer.
I have read in various articles that Tricky D has forked out many, many thousands of Cas' money on these drawings/plans that he is now displaying. It is normal practise for the Developer to cover this - the plans for Newmarket will cost Wakefield Trinity/Community Trust nothing.
Why have Waystone not funded the latest Glasshoughton plans?

| These threads can keep going on until the cows come home, "We have funding." "No you don't." "But we do, here, look at these articles." "He's just lying to get a license." "Don't be bitter!" "I'm not, I'm just being realistic." "But we have funding." "No you don't."
And on and on and on and on.. jesus I'm sick of hearing about the ing stadiums now.

Because Waystones funds for the project are going elsewhere, and Cas wanted to put some money in (to date most of the work has been done by Waystone) and as far as I can tell, RW wanted some input on who the architect was and how the plans would look in the end.
Waystone also haven't been involved with the plans for any of the developments so far (from memory), Xscapes design was by the company that owns that building, same for J32.
Quote: Catwoman1 " the plans for Newmarket have cost Wakefield Trinity/Community Trust nothing, they have been paid for by Yorkcourt.'"
Are Wakefield putting anything into the Newmarket development though? Glasshoughton is Castleford project in conjunction with Waystone.
As for being one of the main movers & shakers, not really just in legal, hence the contracts.

| Yes Wakefield Trinity are putting money in towards the stadium. The architects were appointed right at the start and and have worked closely with Yorkcourt.
Seems to me under the circumstances the very large sum of money paid by Cas for the plans would have been far better utilized going towards the cost of the stadium.

As said in the article posted by myself and Fully, the money is there, so it doesn't hurt the club wanted to contribute in other ways too, like the designs.

Gaslight - a polite question.
Why have you made it your vocation in life to try and convince those who are utterly unconvinced about the Cas scheme and your assertions that you are correct and everyone else is wrong? I'm not saying that you are either right or wrong, I just don't understand the one-man tirade on here - especially as, with you being involved in the process, it would surely be more prudent for you to remain schtum!
By all means, having tried your best to tell us what you believe to be true, come back and tell how you tried to warn us - when it happens. In the meantime, can I respectfully suggest that, in order to prevent some of our readers dying a death of boredom (not just your posts, but those of the people replying) that you try and keep your peace for a while - I can assure you that nothing positive is being created by keeping the same arguements rolling over and over.
As a note, I have done exactly the same with regard to NM and the Cas board - whatever I know or don't know is of no interest to the Cas fans and I certainly couldn't convince any of them that what I say is true.
ATEOTD - What will be, will be!
