Yeah, I think we're all a bit worried at the minute, but how many times do people who claim to be "in the know" on the forum say something unsubstantiated and everyone panics? If there's one thing this forum ahs taught me it's that you can't really believe what anyone says until it is in a reliable news source.

Perfect opportunity for Agar to make a name for himself and get the young 'ens blooded. We have sold players, gone into administration, CVA's, had points deducted but still managed not to finish bottom. This is what makes me keep coming back. It may not be pretty but that's Wakey!

If there was an investor in the wings we wouldn't have needed to sell Smith.

Looks like Wakey and London could be heading to the championship at the end of the season unless we get some funding quickly. How many more players will we be selling?

Which kind of gets back to my other point... Someone on this forum "in the know" was saying a few weeks ago about investors waiting in the wings but they wanted James Elston gone or something or other. Doesn't seem to be the case.

And as I pointed out sometimes the forum breaks the news quite accurately.
In a perfect world it would all come from the club but I'm smart enough and long enough in the tooth to know for whatever the reason (sometimes for good) this can't be the case.

Which was denied by our soon to be new chairman. One thing for sure now though is we need the truth. The full gory details laid out for us all to see. Otherwise after what Elston said on the radio last week nobody will trust anything that comes from the club again. The best way to put the rumours to bed is deal in honest and open facts.

I think IF Elston has been demoted (which is good although not as good as him getting the boot) maybe the move of Michael Carter to chairman may have been somewhere behind the rumour.
