ccj`s are not a stain, most come about because of a commercial fall out. Goods or service are supplied which the buyer is unhappy with, the seller says goods are OK or service was as specified. Arguments back and forward, fall out, frustration leads to supplier going legal, legal aruments often lack, in my experience any common sense. A judge will just look at the situation in black and white, no grey areas and remove any emotion. Often this means that one side of the argument feels very let down that their point of view has not been taken into consideration. One would hope that both parties could come to some compromise prior to going legal.

Be careful, adding alledgedly doest let you off the hook legally - alledgedly!!

People can come up with whatever excuses they want,but its commercial suicide to run up this much ADVERSE information in such a short space of time.It doesnt matter what or why they have come about,to allow them to get to this stage is bad management of the business.
Im not saying that anything is going to happen,but these are classic indicators of a struggling business,whether people like that or not,thats how its viewed in the commercial market.

It was because at the time the Cas RLForum was like "Tumbleweed Town".

The CCJ was for £11,900 on or about the 22nd January. In any case, it's irrelevant now as like any good business, the club would appear to have paid the claim within 30 days and that CCJ is no longer on public record.

To be fair it does leave 2 on Cas Tiger's record from 2011 one for £405 and the other for £544
