He's done alright in NRL. He's hardly being discarded.

Not really my point. Discipline and sports science in the NRL are at a higher standard, The Aussie climate is also more conducive for fitness. I feel it's a risk for a player with such a weakness to drop down to SL.

Could be a brilliant signing but Hickey and Pauli Pauli and dare I say big Dave stick out as players who have struggled.

I don't mind risks and I's accept this one but it is a worry.

Unplayable/unstoppable on his day in the NRL so would light super league up IMO if he can be controlled.Super talented but with issues , would I have him at belle vue , in a heart beat . Tim smith had issues but on his day he was head and shoulders above his counterparts . Getting giddy just the thought of him running out for us .

The lads won Dally M centre of the year twice, he’d be an incredible signing for any SL team. He’s obviously got his off field issues, but realistically what prime NRL player is coming to SL now without issues etc.

Blimey, doesn't matter how you view it that's a big signing for Fev and well done to them. If they can keep him under control and fit he will rampage in that league.

One thing that amused me though, he fell out with his last coach because he always blamed the players, in which case I'm not sure he's picked his new coach wisely

Seem to be putting a decent squad together now they've signed that Jesse wotsit from Cas as well, think they'll give Leigh a good run for their money this coming season.
