Mannis made a killing on this, YCP have made a killing and we'll look like the bad guys taking from the tax payer in time of cut backs. None of this really adds up for me, I fail to see a funding stream for redevelopment.

until there is a announcement from the club explaining how they intend to purchase the ground and improve it I still see it as hot air from the council

I'm sure Manni has made a profit, however who's to say the loan is just to buy the ground back as others have said upto £1m buys the land with 2.5m used to start with as a redevelopment fund.

Not meaning to sound negative, it’s great news and I’ve always wanted to stay at BV.
