| The worrying thing is our better players may feel its necessary to jump ship in order to get the recognition they deserve.

| thats always been the way jason, or to win trophies. u win 6 games on the bounce and have terriffic form throughout the team and still no players get a spot in the international team, especially with someone as a waste of space like chase in, why do fans of the game have to put up with the same crap

| How the hell does someone like Kieran Dixon of Quins get in? He’s only played 22 games in SL, he’s hardly a name that set the league alight this year. Sounds like a political selection to me. It’ll give SKY a chance to rave about how London area development is paying off, it wouldn’t of happened without franchising blah blah blah… Has Tom Burgess really been any better then Amor? I don’t think so, but the name has the reputation I suppose.

| It's a shame that not one player from the form team in SL (a form team made up of many English players, a fact that delights me) gets a look in, yet Chase who has been either poor or absent for most of the year is a shoe in.
Very lazy selection.

| At last something I think we can ALL agree on, the bloke is a joke. TBF on him I think he got the job because absolutely no one else wanted it but all the same you'd think he'd at least try.

| Amor has played for Ireland, so in my opinion he should never be picked for England. Neither should Brough. The only way to regain any credibility at international level is to bring back Great Britain and stop picking Aussies and Kiwis who aren't good enough for their own countries.

Kirmon stated quite positively after the game he WASN'T going to St Helens.
In fact he said 'to link up with Nathan Brown again? no chance!!' - 'Im VERY happy here'
Seems pretty likely to me he's staying at Wakefield.

Good to hear - he puts his body on the line for the team every week and has proved to be a great choice of captain.
Just hope we can get the Amor deal boxed off - then perhaps we'll begin to send a message to other clubs that they can no longer pick over our squad at will.

| This is my fear when we have dummys like McNamara our players not getting into the knights the players may think about moving to a bigger club. We are a club going places and Mcnamara needs to give some of our players a shot. Really hope Amor stays at Trinity.

| It was the same with Dale Ferguson. When he was playing well for us he never got a sniff.
When Huddersfield signed him he was arguably out of form for us, and was injured when he got to the giants, yet without playing a game he was selected!!!
Macnamara was a terrible club coach and is a terrible national team coach.
Our national team had slid before he got the job, but it's absolutely farcical now!!!
