Would be funny if in 3 years time he has made WTW in to a top team and whats to say in 12 months Gentle has not done the job at Hull.So long as AG and JE leave him to get on with the job and pick who takes the field who knows what can happen.A coach should not have others sticking a nose in on who takes the field.If you asked Rhino fans what they thought of Laughton and then asked Widnes fans the same you would get a whole different story.WTW are a club that has been reborn so wont be a pull to the top rated coaches so have gone with RA and in all honesty when Kear came who thought he could have taken the club from near certain lower division rugby to safety in the few games left.At the start of last season the club could not draw the players to be able to give the top 8 a bash next season will be a different story due to the players coming in at least the club has a chance of giving it a go.

Fast forward 10 months and look at the Hull board and I bet you see some of these:
It's not Gentle's fault, if only Agar hadn't signed so-and-so on a 3 year deal then we could have replaced him with someone of much better quality.
It's not Gentle's fault, if Agar had given the youngsters more experience last year then Gentle would be able to rely on them now.
