You do Rinaldi a disservice by this comparison. Had the referee taken the action he should have with regard to the tackle on Henderson - and Cas and Wakey fans seem to share the same view on this, although I didn't see it - then there would have been no cause for retribution. Rinaldi is not a dirty player. Mcgoldrick is the architect of his own sore head. Sadly, I doubt the bump will have knocked any sense into it.

I have to agree - Rinaldi's tackle was tough and uncompromising, but perfectly legal; McThugrick's was a deliberate attempt to injur another player using an illegal technique - two entirely different things.
