God help us all!!!







My blood's still curdling from his wretched "performance" against shudds from earlier this year. Easily the worst of a very mediocre bunch is bent-ham.

Yes he killed us in the first 20 and we never recovered.
Lets see how bent he is if a player gets a left hook on Saturday

Another thing I would to make completely clear, is that on having seen several other examples of the man's incompetance in general, all matches where I have been a neutral, yet in some way or another has always seemed go out of the way to needlessly ruin entertaining matches. So that its not just a rant on about bent-ham saving his worst for us (although that does tend to happen):

Hull FC v c*s at Murrayfield - only advised Danny Tickle about how long he was taking over his goal-kicking, but did little else to deter him into hurrying-up.
Hull KR v Warrington, Challenge Cup quarter final - before the match went into extra time, there ten seconds left of normal time, Bent-ham clearly turns around to both time-keepers to stop the clocks in order to allow for Warrington's last scrum to take place. They fail to notice the ref and the clock runs down to 80:00, with the final hooter going, leading several Warrington players, including Lee Briers to question why the scrum could not happen and the referee's response: "I never called time off!" Despite the fact that time off was uttered from his lips and the signal for the action was clearly given.
BOTH SAINTS V WHINOS MATCHES THIS YEAR - Both these matches were very heated and bad tempered affairs and who's fault was that? Yep, you guessed it. Phil Bent-ham's, for being incapable of being able to control two sets of highly charged and motiviated players and punish them accordingly whenever trouble came.

That's only a few viewpoints, albiet, very worrying ones.

I can count the number of decent performances Bent-ham has had when reffing against us on one hand and that was against, wait for it, Warrington at Belle Vue earlier this year, but to be honest, that was a straighforward match. We were awesome, Warrington played poorly although lets get on with talk of a rugby match, as us fans pay to see action on the pitch, not some jumped-up attenttion seeker in the middle.
