It also says in the article that a full planning application is going to be submitted to the council very soon . That show how this project is a lot more advanced than people think. There are always going to be abit of opposition and this was expected and they are in there right to. The thing is to let them see the whole plans and the positives it will have the area and district. The rest of us will get behind the project I'm sure SWAG will have something planned.

As posters have indicated, these people have not even seen the proposals so I don't know how they can be against it. I could understand it if the plans had been submitted and then they would have had a chance to see how it would affect their lives. I wonder if they have even considered that this development is much more than just a stadium and it could improve their lives and property values.

planning application is to be submitted shortly and that is full planning permission ie what the stadium will look like road access and other facilities. This has been brought forward has the project has gathered pace with funding been put in place etc, York court have been busy with this for the last few months.

Exiting times if that's the case! Just one question if
anyone knows, what will happen with the current hospitality suites ie
little benidorm! Will it be sold on and used towards funding
for the ground or go towards team strengthening etc?
