Personally I’d make all last nights failures play again and redeem themselves.
However following your logic I wouldn’t pick Tanginoa and I thought Gaskell offered way more than one trick pony Lino. But I’d certainly never play them together.
Don’t think Miller or Fifita will be available.

| We have a 1 day turnaround advantage and maybe they’ll have one or 2 unavailable through suspension.
Think we need some changes and fresh legs.
I’d go… assuming miller and Fifita are fit. Hood looked like his wrist had gone.
Jowitt
Johnstone
Hall (Croft if available)
Lyne
Tanivalu
Miller
Lino
Fifita
Kay
Whitbread
Tanginoa
Batchelor
Walker
Aydin
Eseh
Adebiyi
Bowes
This would allow:
Ashurst, Pitts, Arona, Crowther, Battye in the forwards to be fresh for KR.

I don't think the disciplinary panel sit before Easter Monday.
With regard to our team selection, in the main I'm with you, except that the bench is very inexperienced.

Tanivalu adds some strength on edge. Kay more zip at 9. Tangi and batch at SR would offer more attacking threat. You g bench but more importantly energy and enthusiasm. Walker adds another good pair of hands.
A selection like this would throw a curve ball at Wigan who wouldn’t expect it.

Which Tanginoa are you watching? It much rather play Sid or even Windrow, almost anyone except Tanginoa.

As there is no time for appeal, any ban will not include the Monday games.

| I'd be tempted to ring the changes and when I thought about it last night my starting 13 was exactly the same as the OP funnily enough!
Then, thinking about it a little further...Tanginoa and Batchelor would look a great 2nd row pairing going forward but just wonder how vulnerable that would make us around the edges where Wigan can be deadly with the likes of French and Field...
It's got to be about freshening the team up though and bringing plenty of energy in because that's what was sadly lacking last night...
It's a free hit for us though...no-one expects us to win, which probably makes us a bit more dangerous...and on the whole we've performed better away from home this season...
Wigan had a tough game today and it will have hurt them too...we can either play on that or feel a backlash...not a lost cause though for me...

How does it work when there is no appeal?
That today is about as clear cut a ban as you can get! Player knew he'd done wrong...coach has come out and said he's done wrong...I can see a big ban coming as it was a shocker...worse than Will Pryce's for me and he copped a big one!

| Tanginoa is the best second rower we have, in fact he’s one of the best in the league!
Yes, he can play prop forward and can do a sterling job of it, in fact he may be the 2nd best prop at the club.
We are a genuine prop forward short, we should have recruited one in the summer but we didn’t and as a result we have to play our best second rower at prop. We can comfort ourselves that we have others who can play at 11 or 12 but the truth is none are as good at it as Tanginoa and with him at prop forward we are a less challenging with the ball.
So for me, IMO, Tanginoa should play at 11 and we should keep him there to let him regain his feet in his best position so that he can become that player who made The Dream Team.
In the meantime we need to pull up trees looking for a genuine prop forward who has some size and plays with authority.

You’re joking, that’s the funniest thing I’ve ever read.. He’s nothing like, pure fantasy, he’s not the best at Trinity Batchelor is, Tanginoa is terrible at present and doesn’t deserve a place
He used to be good but even then he wasn’t the player you describe. Utterly ridiculous.

Fine apart from lazy Tanginoa, put in Crowther a much better player.

In your opinion!
He made the Dream Team when he was in the second row, that’s undeniable
He lost his form and his confidence when we started using him as a front rower then messing him about by playing him off the bench, as a prop then the odd game back in the second row then back to prop again
Batch has been better this year but still hasn’t shown the sort of form that Tanginoa did in his first season let alone fulfilled his own potential.
There, I managed to answer you without being disrespectful to you or using ridiculous emoticons
