I agree. Gifts welcome, loans I think may hurt us, depending on terms I guess.

There is an element of wealth in this. RL is a wealthier sport than women’s football so it gets less. I’ve no issue tbh.

What I’m not so happy about is the amount RU is getting. Also what is the difference between RU and the RU premiership? Does that mean BARLA is getting millions?

I found it bizarre because I am sure most of the top women's teams are owned by the same entity as the men's, I know that is the case for the women's SL football league, they are backed by billionaire owners and I cannot imagine that it costs them much in the grand scheme of them financing there clubs, how much is women's football missing out on in terms of income I wonder.

On a separate point does anybody know if BT or Sky have similarly punished the football clubs for not fulfilling there contract as Sky have done with Super league? I haven't heard it with any other sport but probably missed something?
