| You are right Scarlet there are multiple ones. So why do you feel the need to set a new one up.
I'll merge this one and do the same with others if they aren't making a different point.

| For me Chester as come to the end of his lifespan at Wakefield, he his responsible for putting the players out on the field and these players are in urgent need of knowledge, guidance but above all organisation. We get put under pressure and we fold like a pack of cards, we need to go back to basics and play a simple, determined and aggressive game that the lads can buy into, run hard, tackle hard, concentrate and when we get into the right areas throw the ball about and enjoy it. It comes down to what as he got to offer the team and at the present time it’s absolutely nothing but blame everyone but himself. I’ve no desire to see anyone sacked but this is sport and results based, I hope he’s not remembered as the local lad who took his local team down to oblivion

To try and hide all the views you don’t agree with, you are defending mediocrity and accepting anything wheeled out from the club

| Sorry but he has to go and his backroom too.
Fresh ideas and impetus required ASAP.
New regime needs to have an input on retention and recruitment for next season.

How is putting all the duplicate comments under one thread hiding anything?
My comments will be in there too.

You're absolutely correct MOPSEY. Everyone can see that apart from the men that matter(and a couple on here as well).

| I am sure Carter even said that every coach has a life span at one club when Kear was leaving.

The first time? Carter either wasn't around or in any capacity to make that decision, besides I think Kear himself said the same.

| Coaches absolutely have a limited lifetime at a club but how long that is is not a fixed number of course.
The reason it is often the case is that fans aren't patient through the peaks and troughs. It's understandable but sometimes peaks are missed because of it.
Wenger or more so Ferguson lasted a long time and saw a lot of success but they had low times where some fans were edgy. Staying with the was better than ditching.
Equally sometimes it just doesn't work like a Tony Casper Smith or a Webster.
But looking at someone like Agar or Kear, would we have been better sticking?
Agar has proved he can do it and every player I hear comment about him says great things but many fans hated him. The Hull fans pushed it and some latched on when things got rocky.
For me it's the same with Chester. It's a big decision to let someone go. I wouldn't do it this season anyway because a new coach won't be starting in a good environment. If we were signing Holbrook or JD or Craig Bellamy then of course they are proven to be better.
Just jumping to an unproven assistant is not good enough for me and I'd rather stick with Chester.

| May as well keep Chester until the end of next week. We’ve got to play Saints twice before then, we’ll get pumped whoever is in charge. Let him take the hit.

| Im not sure if Chester still as the support of the dressing room but with the performances the players are not doing him any favours. It would appear that Chester sees problem areas while the supporters dont agree with his positional changes, and many of the players seem to lack grit and direction. I honestly believe that many of the players played off the cuff and coaching didnt play a big part of our game, now that things are tough our usual play is ineffective.
I just dont see the point of replacing him because of the uncertainty in general of the game and what kind of coach would be interested with such tight budgets and the squad basically taken care of.

Kear definitely but the same mob who were on his back are the same ones after CC.
However, I don't think JK's team of nobodies (again issues outside the coached control) ever dropped as low as we are now. There is more talent in our current second string than JK had in his last season.
Truth is from 2006 to 2009 people were calling for JK to get the freedom of the city, a few years later it was all forgotten. You can see the same now, early 2019 we were kings of the world after a good start to the season and showing Leeds and Hull their own backsides in their own backyards. Go we looked good and full of talent and promise, then it all turned to poo.
For me it's not about blame it's about momentum and Chester has lost it and unlike Fergy I don't think he has either the ability or the resources to get it back.
However like you but unlike many others I hope I'm wrong, I really do and I will live in hope until his sacking actually happens. I'm not optimistic if I'm honest.
