| Ignoring the conspiracy theory bit and focusing on the attendance, we are 49 short of an 8,000 average and we have 4 home games left against Wigan, Leeds, Saints and Widnes.
Last year we got 8763 for Leeds, 8163 for Wigan, 5985 for Saints and obviously nothing for Widnes. If we can get a similar figure for Widnes as we did for this years Salford game (674icon_cool.gif that would leave us needing to get just under an extra 3000 across those games to beat the 8,000 mark for the season. That is an average of about 10% increase on last years figures.
It is definitely achievable and would be an excellent platform to take the club forward and a huge credit to Andrew Glover and his team.
Come on guys, keep getting down there in numbers and we can do it.

| Surely It would be up by more than 10% If we hit a average of 8000?

| It would be great to see average gates of 8000+!
Anyone willing to estimate the season ticket offer for next year? It will be interesting to see the prices! Too high and the uptake could be smaller, too low and they could be losing out on quite a bit of cash. I'd guess £125 early bird.

Yes it would.
What I was trying to say, although having read it I can see that it's not overly clear, is that if we can get a 10% increase on those 3 games against Leeds, Wigan, Saints then we should surpass the 8,000 mark.
Last time I looked we were up by about 30% on the respective games from last year.

| If Leeds and Wigan gates are the same, Sts and Widnes would both need to be over 7600.
or average 8,132 for each game. Not impossible. Will depend on tv and whether Widnes have anything to play for.

| £125 early bird season ticket price for next year looking to attract the same number of sales plus a few more by running a small campaign, coinciding with a good signing or two and chairman press releases.

| We where chatting about the new prices the other day and obviously £100 is too cheap but to go straight back to £200 plus would undo all of the hardwork.
£125 seems about right to me, then £150 and then back up to £200 for NM

| can i say as a cas fan your crowds this year have impressed me more than any. The amount it has increased this year a long with people been friendly barring the odd one like all clubs, but yeah on a whole well done Wakefield Trinity.

| I'm quite glad this turned into a serious conversation about attendances, the conspiracy bit was supposed to be a light hearted bit.
I think I'd like to see the ticket prices rise a little bit slower (well I'm sure most buyers would as well for obvious reasons) just as to not put anyone off. I think the latest Newmarket news will be a great boost to sales for next year as well.

| To be honest, I thought £125 would have been good value this year never mind next. They can't push it up too quickly but it worked well this year so why not again next.
Its worth it just to get extra credit on the franchise. By dropping the price you are effectively paying for a bigger attendance figure. If you pick the right amount you get both money and attendance increase obviously.

| I think £140 is more than fair, that's only a bit over £10 per game, I know things are tight for everyone, but the club needs to generate money if we are going to progress and at fractionally over half the current price, I still think its a bargain.
It's up to us to get the most out of them by turning up week in week out and if not encourage a non regular to use it and maybe they will become future ST holders.
I think with a decent season this time around and a good bit of team strengthening and marketing we shoul be looking to increase our ST members next season on that premise.

| The game is under selling itself. No club should be allowed to sell a season ticket for less than £ 200.00

Must say I agree. Once people think the price is say£140 that is what they will always expect. When the club want to claw it back and they will, it will be very hard to get people to pay as it's become the norm. I get why clubs do it but it's a risky strategy - just look at the Bulls.

| It's a tough one, £20 per adult (on the gate) game is getting pricey, and to encourage rapid growth the £100 deal was fantastic, a staged but realistic increase to about £180-£200 seems reasonable though over say the next three years.
Hopefully that will take all the current ST holders and encourage more growth and hopefully fund the squad development that will sustain the growth in the future.

Id like to see a early bird ticket offer of around the £130-£140 mark and those buying later pay say around £160-£165 that would increase earlybird sales in theory and allow us to build on from this season. With a increase again subject to getting the newmarket permission.
