Mr Carter continually states no props available to sign yet our main relegation rivals find one with 100 NRL games
The Signings of Lineman and Gaskell continue to baffle me given a club on a limited budget that most can see were far too lightweight in the pack

Do we have a 'quota' spot for such a signing?
Or the finance?

We have a few wasted quota spots and don’t talk to me about finances when the club signed Gaskell and Lineman absolute madness

You are trying to turn the clock back (wonderful thing is hindsight), I'm looking at the current situation, as I read it.

Toulouse obviously realise how important the situation is and intend to do what they can to avoid relegation.
Trinity on the other hand tend to rely on the promoted side finishing bottom
Our game against toulouse is a must win if we loose let's see how desperate the club are, something needs to be done PDQ.

Do you have any understanding of the following?

Contracts

Quotas

Economics

Work permits

The answer would appear to be a resounding no. Posters like you seem to have no grasp of reality.

For the hundredth time of asking, please explain how we are to achieve this?

I’m open to ideas I really am, I’d love a few new signings.

Either put up or shut up.

I have said before that we have wasted what money we had which is not really the supporters fault. I get your defence of the club but remember they are the ones who have put us into this position where we cannot sign anyone to bolster our survival.

Wonder if Trinity will try and get a front row loan signing in from one of the other SL clubs for a couple of weeks like they did with Salford when the team needed an experienced full back?

It's funny that the same people who moan about panic buying are also the people who moan we didn't go buy a prop only good enough for the bottom team who no one knows anything about.

The team we have is perfectly capable of beating Toulouse. And to be honest Leeds.
Time will tell if we do. Panic doesn't really help right now so glad Willie and the team have 2 weeks to prepare and will give it their best.

I also predict, if we do win, it will be much quieter on here.

The supporters cannot influence who the club spend their budget on but we can get the vibes with regards the reasoning. I cannot believe that you do not think the signing of the lad from London and Whitbread from Leigh were not due to panic and cost. I admire your optimism with regards our chances and yes we must win but based on past performances this could easily be another loss.
We faced Huddersfield at the best time to register a victory but failed to do so and in fact did not score in the second half and in the last ten minutes just drove the ball in without a clue what to do. I agree the forum will be quiet if we win but if it is the other way than criticism will be much to the fore but your defence will remain full throated.

For the hundredth time it's the clubs responsibility to ensure SL survival and to provide funds to obtain a level of quality players to make the above achievable.
The club have made no progress over the last six years and show no signs of season on season of making any kind of effort to better the clubs situation.
A new stadium may see an increase in support over a couple of home games but new support will shy away from what's on offer at the moment.
Facilities to entice other than rugby supporters to the stadium will have to be located and enticed, a mother and baby club ain't going to cut it.
Sorry but the club needs a change of attitude and direction.
Let's just see what happens if we loose our next game.
